Granite Bay Dermatology and Laser Center

My family has been going here for over 10 years until they started keeping $400 deposits for an appointment that was already cancelled. We responded twice to a confirmation email. They said they didn’t receive it? Hmmm. Isn’t that what a confirmation email is for? Poor record keeping shouldn’t be made our problem and we never “missed” appointments. And then their scheduling issues had us waiting in the procedure rooms sometimes up to an hour! Did we complain or charge for our time? The fact is we felt like we were being more than patient, even with unsatisfactory procedure results. As far as we are concerned they owe us $400 and a apology.

I had a visit with The Berman Institute in Riseville and was told I needed a Biopsy. Didn't feel comfortable or trusting in the the PA's assessment and chose to have a second opinion. Chose Granite Bay Dermatoogy and I'm so thankful I did!!!! So professional so knowledgeable! My PA knew right away what I had and no Biopsy was needed. I have full confidence in this office and will continue to be their patient with all the trust in the world! THANK YOU PA Tally!!

Scott Hearth cancelled my 7-5 apt, telling me he would give me an infection; the phone conversation was also recorded. Beware! 8-18...... Update response, Granite Bay is lying trying to protect themselves. I should have quit them, only stayed because I didn't want to start over. Scott Hearth was abusive to me over the years. I couldnt be even 5 minutes late, but every appt I had to wait 30-45 mins in treatment room past my appt before being seen. Scott Hearth has made several sarcastic remarks about me, which I ignored. my last treatment for facetite, I had to almost beg for, I was given a price of 2500, then Scott Hearth said no its $4500. He performed my factite uneven, and during that procedure made a comment in front of everyone in the room about my butt, ( I've had fat transfer with lots of scar development which is painful). I had to beg Scott Hearth to sit on a cushion during procedure. He told the whole room quote" I don't even know what that is". I'm trying to help others by posting this. Granite Bay ,they are terrible ppl, beware.
